Your Non-disclosure Agreement with Trend Dynamics is a Legal Contract

We maintain a strict non-disclosure agreement with all students for the express purpose of protecting your investment in the material, our intellectual property rights; and to inhibit the illegal distribution of the proprietary information contained in any and all Trend Dynamics Course materials.

We require that ALL STUDENTS print out a copy of our non-disclosure agreement (see below), sign and date; then and return a copy to use by either fax or mail. We reserve the right to CANCEL THE ENROLLMENT of any student who refuses to file a signed non-disclosure with our office.
